Maui Beaches
With 120 miles of coastline and over 30 miles of Maui beaches, you have plenty of options! The island of Maui, Hawaii, is one of the greatest vacation destination in the world!
First of all, what are you are expecting from your vacation? What is your passion, your favorite activity? Snorkeling? Diving? Wind surfing? Sunbathing & hanging on the beach?
Beautiful Maui is offering you everything you are looking for, and much, much more!
Of course, it make sense to select your Maui destination depending on your preferred activity. Even if you do have a rental car (which I strongly recommend), you don’t want to spend too much time driving every day! Although the island of Maui is small enough that you can travel, still, you want to minimize that. Furthermore, you may find yourself stuck in the traffic during the rush hours. Yes, they do have traffic jams, and you want to avoid them ;)
The best tip I can suggest for your vacation is to plan well ahead, choosing the area that suits you the best & enjoying your favorite activity. For example, if you want to swim a lot and enjoy a very warm, sunny weather, then definitely go South. If you are more like me, having a hard time in a warm weather (and burning in 10 minutes), then you want to look for accomodation somewhere higher, in the area known as Upcountry Maui. For me, at least, it is the best climate possible, with a special, vibrant energy. Everything is lush and fresh, and the view is stunning!
Of course, a sure bet is to go to a place located along the Maui coast, ocean front or, at least, view. There are a many locations to choose from.
